6 D E TA I L S When to place your order In order to properly plan and prepare your order, we appreciate as much advance notice as possible. Orders placed with less than 48 hours notice may have a reduced menu selection. Guest Count Guarantees In order to properly prepare your order and produce it in the most efficient way possible, your final guest count for daily corporate events must be received 48 hours prior to your scheduled delivery. We understand that unexpected guests can show up or that some last minute changes can occur, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation. Last minute Changes to Orders and Cancellations We understand that last minute changes may be necessary. In order to provide you with timely service, final details for confirmed orders must be received twenty-four (24) hours prior to your delivery. For your protection, cancellations must be received by phone during normal business hours from 8:30am-5:00pm and confirmed with an . Voic and cancellations alone will not be accepted. Billing Terms All orders placed should be submitted with a credit card authorization form. We bill on the day of the event and are happy to keep the card information on file for your next catering order. Delivery Fees and Setup All corporate catering orders to VUE have a $15 delivery fee. Your order will be delivered and set up with all real equipment and platters, and staff will handle the breakdown of your display. Your order will come with all appropriate setups needed (plates, cutlery, serving utensils, etc.). Facility Fee All corporate catering orders are subject to the 10% facility fee on the total of the invoice.
