4 Christmas 3 Day Package Christmas EVE Arrive in the afternoon on Christmas Eve and relax with Afternoon Tea. Guests can gather in The Oak Bar for mulled wine and canapés before a 3 course dinner. Christmas Day Breakfast followed by a stroll in the gardens and woodlands. Luncheon will be served between 12noon and 3.00pm. Afternoon tea and Christmas cake will accompany The Queens Speech. In the evening enjoy Chef s buffet selection. adults sharing Boxing Day Boxing Day starts with breakfast followed by a day to go shopping, exploring the local area or just relaxing by the fire. For Dinner, chef will provide a 3 course dinner menu. * Price quoted is for double occupancy of a standard double/twin room. Single supplement of 100 will apply. 4

7 Christmas Craft Market Thursday 30th November 6.00pm until 9.00pm Come along to our Christmas craft market for some last minute gift ideas, or maybe just some crafty treats. Santa Sunday Lunch Sunday 24th December Bring your family and friends to Monk Fryston Hall for our Santa Sunday lunch. Lunch is served between 12noon and 3.00pm with a visit from Santa and gifts for all of the children, plus an activity table to keep the children occupied whilst you relax in front of the open fires! 9 New Year s Eve Say goodbye to 2017 and welcome in 2018 in style at our New Year s Eve Gala Ball. Arrival from 7.00pm with Canapés and Bucks Fizz to start the evening. Chef s 5 course dinner will be served at 7.30pm followed by our resident DJ in The Haddon Room until 1.00am. There will be a pianist in The Oak Bar throughout the evening for your enjoyment and a Piper to see in the New Year! Dress Code: Black Tie and Masks, this is an adult only event. 11 Terms and Conditions Provisional bookings must be confirmed within 14 days of booking by paying a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit. Failure to pay the deposit will result in the booking being released. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. If numbers reduce after paying the deposit, the deposit cannot be used to pay any of the outstanding balance of the event cost. Full pre-payment of all events is required no later than November 30th We are happy to accommodate dietary requirements BUT we do require at least 7 days notice. We reserve the right to cancel any event should a minimum number not be reached. Alternative dates or a full refund will be offered in this circumstance. The management reserves the right to refuse entry to the hotel. We also reserve the right to charge the organiser, company or individual for any damages caused by unreasonable behaviour. NO food or drink may be brought into the hotel or grounds by guests. We reserve the right to confiscate items. All brochure details are correct at the time of print but may be subject to alteration without prior notice.
