7 Fairtrade All our tea & coffee is Fairtrade & we can provide decaffeinated tea & coffee, we also have a range of Fairtrade Wines & soft drinks available on request. Local Products Locally produced products are used where possible for example all our eggs are free range & come from a local farm in Longridge which also supplies our milk. We have just achieved the Good Egg Award and are currently in the process of applying for the Good Dairy Award. We also use a local Fruit & egetable and Yoghurt supplier. Some of our bakery items are also locally produced. Healthy Choice Sandwiches & rolls are provided on a selection of bread s including wholemeal, granary & white & for a healthy choice we can also provide wraps and flatbread we also use sunflower spread. Sweeteners are available as an alternative to sugar Menus are subject to change according to the availability of products. Conference Organisers Tailor made menus can be created for residential & day conferences to suit all individual tastes, budgets & specific dietary requirements can be accommodated. Please check availability at the time of booking, final numbers are required 3 working days before your event. Extra & late bookings will be accommodated when possible. A minimum charge of per order internally and per order externally applies on all bookings. All prices quoted are excluding AT at the current rate. Equipment All crockery, cutlery, glass wear, buffet flats, tureens & hot drinks flasks are returnable & reusable. Please be aware that if an item of equipment is not returned on collection a charge will be made using the original booking code. Seasonal Fruit Bowles, Fruit Platters & Local Yogurts are available as a healthy alternative to our creamy desserts. Sustainability Catering Services will endeavour to supply all hot & cold drinks and buffets with crockery & cutlery, all buffets will be presented on reusable buffet flats, no disposables will be used unless absolutely necessary. If you require disposables please stipulate in your order.
