2 The Fine Print Impressions Catering provides catering services at Confederation Complex. The following menu choices are just a few of our popular suggestions. Should you wish, we can design a menu quote specifically for your event. Plan Ahead Please provide us with as much notice as possible. All refreshment breaks and luncheons should be placed within hours of notice, depending on menu. Late orders will be accommodated as close to the requested time as possible. Advance orders will receive priority. Menu Selections and Pricing All refreshment breaks and luncheon deliveries will be on disposable service unless otherwise requested. China service is available at an additional cost. If you require service personnel to remain at the event the cost will be $15.00 per hour (minimum of 3 hours) per server. All prices quoted are based per person. All canned & bottled beverages will have a $0.08 deposit added per container. Prices do not include applicable taxes Guaranteed Numbers Confirmation and guarantee of the number will be required two business days prior to your event. You will be financially responsible for your guaranteed number or the actual number of meals served, whichever is greater. Payment Upon order placement a Government issued Purchase Order must be provided if paying by PO. We also accept certified cheque, Visa, MasterCard and cash. Cancellations Cancellations must be received at least hours prior to the event. Cancellations after this time may be subject to a charge of up to 100% of the estimated price of the catering. Equipment Missing equipment from the catering site, not available for us at the time of clean up, will result in replacement costs added to your catering bill.
