This will be taking place in the Eden Bar & Restaurant.

4 24th December Welcome Meeting at 11am Meet Father Christmas Come along at 6pm to meet Father Christmas. Receive your festive gifts from Santa himself as well indulging in a delicious glass of mulled wine and warm mince pies! Eden Bar & Restaurant 6pm 9pm Evening Entertainment At 8.30pm enjoy fabulous entertainment from Wal and Dave. Wal and Dave are an acoustic duo who will be performing a variety of well known and loved songs throughout the night.

7 Christmas Day Menu Starters Roasted sweet potato and carrot soup Pressed ham hock terrine with chutney and grilled sour dough Breaded goats cheese with figs and chilli jam Smoked salmon, cream cheese and chive with pickled cucumber Mains Butter roasted local turkey served with traditional accompaniments Slow roasted shank of lamb served with colcannon mash and a garlic and shallot red wine jus Pan fried hake fillet with lemon and herb butter sauce served on a bed of wilted greens Fluffy potato gnocchi with a wild mushroom and spinach cream topped with parsnip crisps Desserts Traditional Christmas pudding served with brandy custard Lemon tart with raspberry sorbet Cheese plate with crackers and chutney Banoffee pie Coffee and warm mince pies *Please call to make your reservation

8 Boxing Day This Boxing Day come along to the Eden Bar & Restaurant for some delicious homemade pie and mash! 12pm 8pm

9 27th December Eden Bar & Restaurant 6pm 9pm Evening Entertainment Get your thinking caps on and join us for a fun, festive themed quiz! Give your brain a workout after the big day. Starting 9pm.

10 28th December Eden Bar & Restaurant 6pm 9pm Evening Entertainment English singer / songwriter Liam Blake will be performing in the restaurant from 8.30pm. Liam began writing his brand of reflective folk/pop at the age of seventeen. 29th December Eden Bar & Restaurant 6pm 9pm Rest and Relaxation Time to enjoy some well earned rest and relaxation before celebrating the New Year in style.

Please call to book and avoid disappointment. Unfortunatly we do not have any other bar on the resort so if you need any help arranging any other plans please call the above number.

15 Let the celebrations begin... A Night of Music New Years Eve Party Join us at 6pm in the Eden Bar & Restaurant for a fabulous drinks reception followed by a gala dinner from 6.30pm. Make sure you dress to impress as your entertainment kicks off in style with Lee Schofield from 6.30pm 8.15pm Scotty D Whatley, origionally from Georgia Atlanta, will be your vocal entertainment from 8.15pm. Scotty D has travelled all over the world and is well known for his sensational soul music. From 10.30pm 1am Flashbacks Disco will be taking over with a DJ set to help us welcome in the New Year and to get you dancing the night away.

16 New Year s Eve Menu Starters Chix liver parfait with chutney and herb croutes Crab, lime and chilli mayonnaise with cucumber and sourdough toast Caramelised red onion and goats cheese tart with a fresh pesto dressing Mains Medallions of beef fillet with wild mushrooms, fondant potato and a whiskey sauce Panfried seabass fillet served on a bed of minted pea risotto topped with crispy leaks Roasted squash stuffed with roasted vegetables and goats cheese topped with a parmesan crust, served with a roasted red pepper dressing Bacon, brie and thyme stuffed chicken breast served with a mustard mash and a green peppercorn sauce *All main courses served with minted new potatoes and seasonal vegetables* Desserts Homemade chocolate brownie with toffee popcorn and clotted cream Orange Cointreau crème brulee with homemade shortbread Homemade Malteser cheesecake with chocolate sauce Coffee and petit fours
