1 7-12 Daily Announcements March 4, 2019 Today is a A Day Volunteers I am in need of 6 to 8 volunteers for Saturday March 9th from 10:30 to 2:00 pm. You will be able to Ice Skate for free and be fed.. See Miss Amanda In Forensics: "Congratulations to Pablo Moreno-Ramos, Julia Lyga, Fran Kevan, Lily Edlin, Marleigh Fields, Mikenzi Miller, Payton Anderson, Sammie Mulligan, and Emily Lloyd for making it to district level for Forensics!"

2 **** IMPORTANT INFORMATION *** Winter Wellness Date: March 6th, 2019 We will leave school at 8:20 a.m. and return at approximately 3:00 p.m. In case of inclement weather, students will attend their regular classes and we will reschedule the trip for another day. Students can choose from Skiing, Snowboarding, Ice Skating/Swimming, or Ice Fishing. Please be sure to turn in your permission slips by Friday 3/1/19!

5 Just a Few Upcoming Events: March 5th- On Tuesday, March 5th the 7th-12th grade music students will be traveling to Clear Lake for our Large Group Festival. March 6th- WINTER WELLNESS DAY! March 6th- Seniors should be back in time to meet with Josten s to get Caps and Gowns. March 12th- ACT Make Up day. Mach 12th- End of 2nd Trimester. March 18th- Grades will be sent out. March 21st thru March 24th- School Play March 23rd- Tonal Recall Competition

7 Extension of University of Wisconsin-Madison is currently seeking students that are interested in serving on the Washburn County Board.. 9th Grade and up, who are residents of the County and attend a school in Washburn County. This initiative provides youth an opportunity to play a valuable and active leadership role in the governance of the county. Deadline for submitting application materials is April 2, See poster near the Water fountain. Babysitter needed who can drive and available after school several nights a week. If interested, please see Mrs. Winesburg. Jobs Census Bureau is currently looking for positions to be filled. You must be 18 yrs.
