6 Terms and Conditions - Office and Event Catering Placement of Orders It is a requirement that catering orders be received by Kungkas Can Cook no later than the scheduled times below to allow for ordering and processing of your catering needs. Monday catering: due previous Thursday by COB Tuesday catering: due previous Friday by COB Wednesday catering: due Monday by COB Thursday catering: due Tuesday by COB Friday catering: due Wednesday by COB Weekend catering: due Wednesday BY COB, this is to allow for staffing arrangements and to allow for ordering. Orders for over 50 people will require at least a weeks notice. Catering orders placed after these times may incur a late booking fee of 10% Upon receiving an order, Kungkas Can Cook will a quote. Last minute orders Our team is available to assist you and, as a result, we will make every effort to provide catering for last minute orders. So we can give you an accurate and fast response when you call, we will check with the kitchen for product and delivery availability and call you back as soon as possible. To confirm any last minute orders, a signed Catering Confirmation order is required by 12.00pm the day prior to delivery. A charge of 10% of the order cost applies to orders placed one working day before or same day to cover the individualised food preparation and delivery. Booking confirmation To confirm order, please reply to /quote sent by Kungkas Can Cook. If any changes are to be made, these need to be made as soon as possible. Minimum numbers Minimum order numbers apply as stated on catering menu. Final catering numbers Final catering numbers are due two business days prior. We always try to accommodate changes in catering numbers. Small changes must be lodged by 10.00am the day prior to the order. Special dietary requirements We understand the importance of catering for specialised dietary needs. We can tailor our menu to most dietary requirements, if catering orders are confirmed within the above timelines. Please note that we do not operate a nut-free kitchen.

7 Final Payment Final Payment must be received within 7 days of invoice date. Prepayment is accepted. Please remittance advice to kungkascancook@bigpond.com Credit card payment can be made via downloadable invoice. Direct Deposit details are available on customer invoice. Delivery area (excluding weekends) - ex GST Free delivery within 5km 5km-10km -$ km-20km -$ km -30km -$30.00 For deliveries outside 30km, please contact Kungkas Can Cook office, as additional surcharges will apply Cancellations Cancellation charges will apply when your catering requirements have been confirmed in writing and where costs have been incurred in regards to food, labour or other services. The following deadlines apply to cancellations: Up to 10 people 2 days prior to delivery / event All order over 25 five business days prior to the delivery / event date A 100% cancellation fee where we have not been advised of a cancelled event in writing and the order has been prepared and/or delivered. Staff charges will apply. Delivery times Standard delivery times are 8.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday. Morning Tea deliveries will be made between 9:30am 10:30am Lunch deliveries will be made between 11:30am 12:30pm Afternoon Tea deliveries will be made between 2:30pm 3:30pm Weekend delivery is available upon request. Additional charges including staffing will apply for weekends and outside operating hours. We will strive to get your deliveries to you at the time you requested. Please note that we only have one delivery vehicle. If we are going to be late with delivery, we will contact you and advise an approximate delivery time. Pick up s can be made at any time within our hours. Lost or Broken Equipment Any lost or broken equipment will be charged at replacement cost.
