Your Community Manager lives in your community and can talk about it as a resident, a manager and a salesperson! 2. We know the market... Park Place Housing sells homes throughout the West Coast of Florida. We know what homes are selling for and what buyers are willing to pay. 3. We know home sales... we are in the business of selling homes it s an art and a science and we re good at both! We know how to capture a serious buyer s interest and how to turn a looker into a buyer. 4. We know people... we know how to talk with lookers and serious buyers and, we know how to tell the difference. We re skilled in pointing out the features of the homes we sell as well as the benefits of the communities in which they re located. We know how to find out what buyers are looking for and match them to the home that meets their needs and wants! 5. We advertise... we feature homes for sale on our web site, in newspaper ads and on our signs. If it s listed with Park Place Housing... people will know about it! WHEN YOU WALK YOUR DOG.. Make sure you retain control of your dog at all times don t allow them to be aggressive toward other pets or people. And... pick up after them. SIESTA KEY 4TH OF JULY FIREWORKS July 4, :00 PM - 10:00 PM Siesta Key Public Beach, 948 Beach Road, Siesta Key, FL Hosted by Siesta Key Chamber of Commerce: "The Siesta Key Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce the 27th Anniversary of the 4th of July Community Fireworks Celebration, Tuesday, July 4th, at Siesta Key Beach. The fireworks show will launch at dusk at the Siesta Key Public Beach (948 Beach Road) and is free and open to the public. The celebration relies on community donations. All donations directly fund the fireworks!" Packages with preferred viewing area, seating, free beverages and light snacks are available. GIVE YOUR BRAIN GOOD FOOD Boost memory and concentration by adding these to your diet: Please make sure all lot and home improvements are approved and inspected by your community managers prior to the work being started. Lot improvements are always greatly appreciated, but sometimes they do not fit into our community codes and guidelines. There are Lot Improvement forms in the office for you to use. Caffeine, in moderation can make you more alert Sugar that your body makes (glucose) can enhance alertness. Fish, twice a week is brain food. Add a daily dose (up to 1 ounce)of nuts and chocolate. Add avocados and whole grains. Blueberries are super nutritious and can help protect your brain.
3 SUN SAFETY As the summer days get longer and the sun gets hotter, in addition to your skin, you need to protect your eyes.
