Relish the stylish comfortable atmosphere and the hanseatic hospitality offered by our personal family-run business. We would like to surprise and spoil you with new and familiar dishes from our new menu card. Our chef de cuisine Mr. Marquardt has chosen a wide selection of dishes cooked with fresh and high quality ingredients. Also for our guests who good hosts. Therefore we have allergies or intolerance we would like to be give you plentiful information on all our food and drinks used, i.e.: wheat (gluten), chicken-eggs, peanuts, cow`s milk, shell-fruit, celery, mustard or sesame seeds. We have especially for you an extra allergy-menu. Please ask our waiter/waitress. 7 Our Fish Offer The rose fish lives primarily in the North Atlantic. The largest fish stocks are found near Iceland, Greenland, southern Scotland, western Ireland and near the north west coast. This Fish has a tasty solid white meat. The filet is served on sweet "Carnaroli" rice braised with white wine and pumpkin. For a spicy contrast are an herb-onion broth and the slightly sweet-sour flavored beetroot with a fruity nutty flavor.
