One Woodlake Market Associate per 25 guests 18.5 percent of total, no delivery fee Cancellation Policy Cancellation of the catering order on or before 24 hours of event will result in a cancellation fee of 75 percent of total bill. Cancellation of the catering order on or before 48 hours of event will result in a cancellation fee of 25 percent of total bill. Non-Kohler associates (without KI card) will need to hold the catering order with a credit card in case of cancellations.
