1 A Note from the Chef On behalf of Ovations Food Services at the Sandler Center for the Performing Arts, I am pleased to offer you this official catering menu. Please consider our menu as a list of suggestions. We at Ovations pride ourselves in being flexible and accommodating in providing all your special menu item needs. Nearly all of our buffets and dinners can be customized, and the prices will reflect that. We would love to talk to you about what type of an affair you are planning.
