If you do not opt out of the Arbitration Clause in accordance with the process described above, your use of your membership at any time after the date of this notice constitutes your agreement to the Privacy Policy and the Terms & Conditions, including the Arbitration Clause. If you do opt-out of the Arbitration Clause in accordance with the process described above, your use of your membership at any time after the date of this notice constitutes agreement to the Privacy Policy and all Terms & Conditions except the Arbitration Clause. Your decision to opt out of the Arbitration Clause will not adversely affect your membership.
