Signature Breakfast Buffet Add a little variety with our signature breakfast buffet. Featuring scrambled eggs, home fried potatoes, bacon, sausage, home style gravy and fresh baked biscuits with butter and jelly. Includes chilled juice, regular, and decaffeinated coffee with cream and sugar. Topped with grilled chicken, crispy tortilla strips and avocado ranch dressing. Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad Crisp romaine topped with char-grilled chicken breast, topped with handcrafted croutons, parmesan cheese and red onions. Chef Salad Buffet Crisp mixed greens with turkey, ham, cheddar cheese, hard boiled eggs, cucumbers, tomatoes, black olives and croutons. Topped with ranch or italian dressing. Add chicken for an additional charge. Chicken Capri Boneless four ounce chicken breast served with a warm sun-dried tomato vinaigrette.
