Roasted butternut squash soup finished with chilli & coconut cream. MAINS Pan seared supreme of chicken, fondant potato, roasted asparagus & pimento cream. Grilled escalope of salmon, crushed new potatoes, courgette Provencal & a lemon butter sauce. DESSERT A rich chocolate & orange torte with Grand Marnier Anglaise. 11 TERMS & CONDITIONS Deposit of along with a signed contract is required to secure your date. Deposits are non-refundable & non-transferable. Full payment is due one month prior to your wedding date along with final numbers including dietary requirements. The deposit is always non-refundable & non-transferable. Any cancellations or postponement should be advised to the management of the Hotel in the first instance verbally. All cancellations must be put in writing subsequently. The Hotel strongly recommends wedding insurance cover. The provisional date will be held for 14 days, by which time we need a signed contract returned & deposit paid. Should the Hotel for reasons beyond its control, need to make any amendments to the Contract, it reserves the right to offer an alternative choice of facilities. The Hotel may cancel the Contract if the booking might in the reasonable opinion of the Hotel, prejudice the reputation of the Hotel or if the Hotel or any part of it is closed or damaged due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Bedroom accommodation is available from on the day of arrival, & vacated by on day of departure, unless specific alternative arrangements have been agreed. Outside suppliers must ensure that all equipment is PAT tested & up to date. They must have the relevant Public Liability insurance. Any entertainment must adhere to the Hotel policy regarding noise levels & finishing times. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse any externally arranged entertainment, services or activities that the client may have arranged & cannot accept any liability for any resultant costs. Should any of the guests of the Client be unable to correct any aspect of poor behaviour or activities unacceptable to the Hotel, the Hotel reserves the right to terminate the contract. Should this occur no monies will be refunded to the Client & the Hotel s decision is final. The costs of repairing any damage caused to the property, contents or grounds of the Hotel by the Client or its guests, must be reimbursed to the Hotel by the Client. The Hotel cannot take responsibility for property of clients or their guests. Any goods left unattended on the Hotel premises are deposited at the owners risk & without any liability on the part of the Hilton Leeds City. We do not have storage space at the Hotel so all wedding paraphernalia must be removed the day after the wedding.
