3 Information The Food & Nutrition Service Department offers a variety of services. We can assist you in any dining request. Our services range from coffee and rolls, for a few guests, to a full luncheon or dinner for hundreds of people. This catering guide is only a calling card; we will be happy to discuss the needs and customize the offerings for your event. We are here to help make your event memorable and successful. Room reservations and set-ups should be made by the party planning the event. Catering arrangements should be made at least five working days in advance of the event by calling: or A guarantee of the number of guests attending the event must be given 48 hours prior to the event. You will be charged for your guaranteed number or any number that is greater. The quality of food will be at its best when served at the scheduled time of your event. If you plan any delay, please contact us. Due to scheduling costs, any event starting after the preplanned time may require an additional charge. Events scheduled after normal work hours and on non-school days may require an additional charge. Each catered event will be served with paper tablecloths and napkins. Special colored cloths and napkins, centerpieces, decorations and linens can be provided upon request for an additional charge. Please note that prices may change at any time due to market conditions. We will let you know if a price has changed when we discuss your event. 2
