2 Upper Arlington City Schools Catering Guide The Nutritional Services Department with Upper Arlington City Schools offers a full range of catering services for your next event or meeting. Advanced Notice In order to best meet the needs of your event or meeting and provide quality service, it is helpful to receive advance notice preferably at least 10 days prior to event. A final count will be requested 48 hours prior to the event or meeting which will be the number used for billing. Placing an Order You may place an order by visiting the district s website, click on the Students & Parents link then Nutritional Services. On our website you will find a link to the Catering Order Form. This can be completed and submitted to uaschoolscatering@uaschools.org. If you have an immediate need or wish to speak with someone, you can contact Pam Thompson or Irene Hunt at or uaschoolscatering@uaschools.org. Nutritional Services will provide confirmation of receipt, order and quote. If you do not receive this confirmation, it means your catering is not booked. Room Set Up and Linens/Skirting/Decorations We ask that you request the room and tables to be set up at least 45 minutes prior to the start of the event in order to allow for adequate time to set up. Linens, skirting, decorations and servers can be provided per request at an additional charge.
