1 Information The menus in this brochure are examples, any course choice can be varied but may incur surcharge. Some menus may have to change due to supply shortages or other unforeseen circumstances, in these cases as early notification will be given as possible. Deposits A non-refundable deposit will be required on booking with half payment made 7 days prior to the event and full settlement within 2 days after the event. Equipment hire Equipment hire charges may be required depending on venue. Examples are oven hire if suitable cooking equipment is not available on site at venue, linen hire and refrigeration trailer hire if required. (This will all be itemised on any quote) Crockery and cutlery Crockery and cutlery included in all quotes. Glasses are available at a nominal hire charge.
