To maintain our goal of guest satisfaction, and to alleviate any misunderstanding, the following are general polices to assist you in your planning. Menu Selection All food and beverage served on property are to be provided by Lake Valley. The customary 20% service charge and Missouri state and local taxes 5.475% will be added to all food and beverage items. All prices are subject to change without notice. Please note that a minimum attendance is required for buffet selections and buffet foods are prepared for one hour durations. The enclosed menus are suggested to assist in planning your function. Menus can be designed to fit special needs. Final menu selections need to be received at least two weeks in advance. Special dietary needs will be addressed upon request. Guarantee We need your assistance in making your banquet a success. The Club requires a guarantee of your attendance at least three business days in advance. The guarantee will be the minimum number that will be charged. We will be prepared to set 5% over your attendance guarantee Lake Valley reserves the right to move outdoor functions indoors based on local weather conditions.
