6 Recipe Corner TOM S CORNISH GAME HENS 1/2 cube of butter 3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce 2 or 3 Garlic Cloves Crushed or finely chopped 2 or 3 teaspoons Fresh rosemary finely chopped 1 or 2 Cornish Hens washed and Split in half Preheat oven to 400 Melt butter, soy sauce and cloves together. You can add the rosemary to the sauce mixture or sprinkle it on after you have liberally painted the hens with the sauce You can add your favorite chicken seasoning or just salt and pepper to taste.
