8 Additional information FOOD GUARANTEE We need your assistance in making your event a success. Your attendance must be specified three business days in advance. This will be considered your minimum guarantee, not subject to reduction, for which you will be charged should less attend. If the hotel does not receive your guaranteed count by this time, you will be charged for the full amount of guests that the event was booked for. With the exception of buffets and split menus, we are prepared to set and serve 5% over this minimum guarantee. FOOD AND BEVERAGE HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY To ensure the safety of our guests, all food and beverage must be purchased from and consumed on the hotel premises. Please speak with your Sales Representative if you have any questions regarding this policy. EVENT SPACE Banquet and meeting facilities will be assigned by the hotel to accommodate the "Program Outline" requested by the group. However, the hotel reserves the right to substitute alternate space within the hotel if it deems necessary, or if the number of guests deviated from the number originally indicated. CANCELLATION If it is necessary to cancel this event within 30 days of your group s arrival, a cancellation fee will apply.
