Guaranteed Number of Guests: We must know the guaranteed number of Guests (5) Five Days in advance of the event, You will be able to increase the number of Guests right up to the day of the event. You will be charged for the last guaranteed number of Guests that you gave us. We will be prepared to serve up to 10 percent more guests than you submitted. You will then be billed for the total amount of Guests served. Deposit: You will pay 35% of the anticipated bill at the time we sign the contract. Failure to do this will make the contract null & void. We will accept Checks, Cash, Money orders, Visa, Master Card & American Express. Service Charge / Taxes: We will add (18) Eighteen percent to the total of your bill as a Service Charge. We will also add (5.5) Five and one half percent to the total bill as Sales Tax for the Governor Delivery Charge:
