SLOW YOUR ROLL: BEGINNER SUSHI Fri, September 16, 6p-8:30p $75/person Fri, September 29, 6p-8:30p $75/person In this beginning sushi experience, our expert sushi chef will lead you through the basics of rolling, cutting, and preparing three classic sushi rolls a California roll, a Philadelphia roll, and a coconut shrimp roll. Participants will learn basic Japanese knife skills, proper sushi plating, and expert garnishing techniques. This class is all about preparation, plating and presentation! An assortment of Japanese beer and sake will be available in class for purchase. COOKING WITH BEER (21+) Fri, October 13, 6p-8:30p $65/person Fri, November 10, 6p-8:30p $65/person The golden age of beer production is now, so don t just drink the good stuff let s cook with it, too! This Beer City inspired menu will include hearty appetizers, beer braised pork tacos, and cilantro beer rice. Finish it off with a chocolate stout cake. Yes, beer in dessert! A sipping menu of local beers complements this class. GIMMIE SOME DIM SUM Tue, October 17, 6p-8:30p $45/person Many cultures have dumpling variations, but none seem more special than these Cantonese, bite-size morsels. You ll soon be able to create a whole table full of your own Pork Dumplings, Siu Mai Pot stickers, and more! BAKING 101: SAVORY YEAST DOUGHS Sun, October 22, 1p-4p $70/person Want to become a better baker by learning the tips and techniques of the trade? In this class you ll become a baking master as you successfully create classic dinner rolls, savory herb rolls, buttermilk biscuits, and fluffy pizza dough. COOKING FOR TWO Fri, October 27, 6p-8:30p $65/person Cooking for two can be an endless struggle breaking up packs of chicken, dealing with leftovers, and just plain wondering what to do with half-used cans. In this class, our chef will teach you how to make meals without all the hassle. You will make a carrot risotto with fresh herbs, roasted Cornish game hens, tasty seasoned vegetables, and individual apple galette. THAI ROLL WORKSHOP Fri, November 3, 6p-8:30p $65/person Let s take a hands-on trip to Thailand with a classic Thai roll workshop. You ll craft spring rolls, egg rolls, fresh shrimp rolls, and veggie rolls. You ll also enjoy a crisp Thai peanut salad and a mango coconut dessert! MEDITERRANEAN MADE EASY Sun, November 12, 2p-4:30p $65/person The Mediterranean diet is known for its health benefits and bright flavors. We ll master an olive tapenade, herb-fresh tabouli, chicken souvlaki, and citrus semolina cake. You ll learn how to select authentic ingredients and how the right olive oil can add the finishing touches to your meal. 1

Join us as we make the elaborate dessert creation that is bûche de Noël (Yule log). Turn sponge cake, butter-cream frosting and meringue into a festive log-shaped food that is as tasty as it is beautiful. OH, CHRISTMAS TREAT Sat, December 9, 5p-8p $120/couple In this pastry class, you ll be building a Christmas tree-shaped tower, also known as the Croquembouche, composed of classic French cream puffs. Add the finishing touches to your Christmas Tree with ribbons of caramelized sugar. Admire this striking edible centerpiece until it disappears.
