6 Beverage and Bar Guidelines O Sullivan s have many options for the bar to accommodate all budgets Cash Bar A cash bar is available to any groups of few as 25 guests; Here Guests purchase their own beverages using cash only and provide gratuities to the servers/bartenders. Standard Open Bar All alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available to all guests, who can pay with either cash or credit and are each responsible for gratuities to servers/bartenders Single Tab All alcoholic drinks non-alcoholic beverages offered in the restaurant are available and everything is paid for on one single tab. A credit card is required upfront for this option. Limited Tab With this option, you define the amount for the tab, e.g. $500. This allows you to control the budget for the event whilst allowing you the flexibility to increase if necessary. Limited Beverages This selection allows you to control what your guests can drink while still giving them a variety of options. For example Guests of your party can choose from any of our bottled or draught beer, in addition to our house red and white wines. Limited Drinks Each guest is given tickets for drinks (one drink per ticket) and the drinks ordered with the tickets will be charged to the hosts tab. Limited Time Period The bar is open to guests from a specific time to a specific time, e.g. 5.30pm to 7.30pm. Non-Alcoholic Bar Coffee and Tea Service - $2.50 per person Unlimited Refills Soft Drinks and Juices - $3.00 per person Unlimited Refills
7 Catering Terms and Policies All parties must be booked in advance and food ordered from the catering / banquet program menus. Please note that the following policies apply: All Parties of 20+ people must pre-order or select a limited menu in conjunction with the event manager. These must be agreed within 7 days of the event. No changes or exceptions can be accommodated after this 7 day deadline has passed. This ensures we can source product and commit proper staffing for your party. Reservations should be confirmed, including any applicable deposit paid at least 5 days prior to the event. Any parties of 20+ that book within 72 hours of an event will be required to select from a limited menu provided by the onsite event coordinator. Parties less than 20 can and will be accommodated at the discretion of the event manager with up to 24 hours notice of the proposed event. Menu availability will depend on party size and menu options chosen. Party location will remain intact and exclusive for the agreed duration of the event. We reserve the right to begin seating other customers or allowing them into the area following a 15 minute grace period after the agreed event finish time. O Sullivan s reserves the right to begin seating customers in the reserved area 30 minutes after an agreed start time if a party hasn t arrived by the agreed time, without having called ahead to inform the event manager that the party is arriving late. Prices may change due to holidays or certain events. O Sullivan s reserves the right to amend or adjust pricing due to such events or at times when demand is higher than normal (e.g. Mother s day / Thanksgiving / Christmas / etc). Full payment of all Food + Beverage is required at the conclusion of your event. Cancellation within 48 hours of an event requires full payment of food per agreed menu information above. All Food and Beverages are subject to applicable state and federal taxes.
