2 All of our honeys are Kosher ALFALFA: Alfalfa honey, produced extensively throughout Canada and the United States, is light in color with a pleasingly mild flavor and aroma. BASSWOOD: Basswood honey is often characterized by its distinctive minty flavor. Basswood honey is generally white in color and strong in flavor. BUCKWHEAT: Buckwheat honey is dark and full-bodied. The production of buckwheat, and therefore buckwheat honey, has declined in the United States. It is still produced however, in Minnesota, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin as well as in eastern Canada. CLOVER: Clover honey has a pleasing, mild taste. Clovers contribute more to honey production in the United States than any other group of plants. Red clover, alsike clover and the white and yellow sweet clovers are most important for honey production. Depending on the location and type of source clover, clover honey varies in color from water white to light amber. GOLDENROD: Goldenrod is a light honey with a very sweet and distinctive flavor. Product from the northeast and is a main fall time honey crop for that area. ORANGE BLOSSOM: Orange blossom honey, often a combination of citrus sources, is usually light in color and mild in flavor with a fresh scent and light taste reminiscent of the blossom. Orange blossom honey is produced in Florida, Southern California and southern Texas. WILDFLOWER: Wildflower honey is often used to describe honey from miscellaneous and undefined flower sources. TERMS & CONDITIONS We require an minimum order of 5 full s, pails or a combination of the two that total $ or more for free delivery within our scheduled delivery area - and does not apply to shipped orders. A less than minimum charge will be added on to all orders that do not meet the $ amount. All less than minimum orders must be paid in full upon delivery. Credit per agreed terms but never longer than 30 days from delivery date or the next order, whichever comes first. Stacking of unpaid invoices will not be allowed. Credit is on an approved basis only and is subject to Draper s terms and discretion. We accept cash, check, money order, Mastercard, Visa, or Discover card. There will be a service fee of $20.00 on all returned checks.
