2 Booking Your Special Day You can provisionally hold a date at Whitley Hall for two weeks without a deposit. To confirm your booking we require a non-refundable deposit payment of 1000, we also require a wedding contract and a terms and conditions form signed by both parties. We must receive both the deposit and the paperwork before your wedding date can be confirmed. If you wish to hold your civil ceremony at our hotel you must contact Sheffield registrar office to book your date and pay all fees relating to this, please call for further information. If you would prefer a church ceremony St Mary s Parish church in Ecclesfield is a stone s throw away, please call for more information. After your date is confirmed you are more than welcome to contact a member of the wedding team at any time before your big day to make an appointment, we are here to offer advice and guide you through planning all aspects of your special day. One of the wedding team will contact you 6 to 8 weeks before your wedding day to arrange for a final details appointment. During this meeting you will discuss and finalise all the finer details of your wedding, a final invoice will be put together after this meeting which must be paid no later than 4 weeks before your wedding date. Please note that we can accommodate more than one wedding per day.
