2 Private Event /Buffet Options... Deli Buffet $13.95 Choose between any of the three: Smoked Turkey, Honey Ham, Roast Beef, Tuna, Chicken Salad, or Egg Salad. All buffets are served with assorted cheeses, sliced tomato, onion, lettuce, mayonnaise, and mustard. Served with assorted breads and your choice of two sides. Pasta Buffet $13.95 Choose two of the following types of Pasta: Baked Ziti, Penne Rigato Bolognaise, Five Cheese Macaroni and Cheese, Fettuccine Alfredo. Also includes garlic bread, and Caesar salad. BBQ Buffet $14.95 Your choice of two of the following: Pulled BBQ Chicken, Pulled Pork, or Chicken Breast. Served on a gourmet bun and assorted BBQ Sauces. Your choice of two sides included. (One of each sandwich per person) Burger & Brat Buffet $13.95 Grilled 1/3lb Hamburgers and 1/4lb Johnsonville Brats served with sliced raw onion, lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard. Your choice of two sides included. (One burger and brat per person) Fiesta Buffet $14.95 Your choice of Tacos (hard and soft), Fajitas (chicken or steak), or Quesadillas (chicken or beef). 3 Entrée Selections... Beef and Chicken Shish Kabob s $15.95 Marinated beef and chicken with mushroom, onion and green pepper, skewered and grilled. Served on a bed of wild rice and a grilled asparagus. Citrus Chicken $13.95 Grilled chicken breast marinated in lemon, lime and orange juices with a light citrus reduction served with Spanish rice and mango salsa. Braised Short Ribs $17.25 Beef Short Ribs braised in red wine with carrots, onions, and celery topped Portabella mushroom sauce, garlic mashed potatoes and a fresh garden salad. Stuffed Pork Loin $15.95 Slow Roasted Pork Loin stuffed with blue cheese and fig jam, sliced and drizzled with our rosemary red wine reduction. Served with grilled asparagus and Bourbon whipped sweet potatoes. Glen Erin Fish Fry $13.50 Glen Erin s Famous Fish Fry. Two pieces of our famous fried Cod served with a baked potato or home made pub chips. Our homemade coleslaw and tartar sauce also accompany this dish. Baked Salmon $14.95 Classic baked Atlantic Salmon. Your choice of herb baked or teriyaki. Served with white rice and roasted vegetables.

5 Private Event Polices Service Fee: Service fee for all events at Glen Erin is 18% of the final food and beverage bill, and includes gratuity to the staff. This will be added to the final bill. Tax: Wisconsin State Sales Tax and Rock County Sales Tax is 5.5% of the entire bill and will be added on to the final bill. The Service Fee is not taxable. Buffet and Plated Service: The Buffet Service will allow for a 20% overage on all center of the plate items based on the number of attendees. Please note this will allow for one main item per person, with the remainder of the food available on a first come, first serve basis after everyone is served. Two center of the plate items can be offered and will be priced accordingly. Plated service adds an additional $1.50 fee per plate. Final guest numbers need to be reported to our staff 7 days in advance. The final bill will reflect the higher of the number reported, or the actual number. Deposit: A non- refundable deposit of $200 is required for all non- golf events. This deposit will be applied against the final total bill and the remainder is due on or before the day of the event. Room Rental Fee: A room rental fee of $3.50 per guest is required for all parties and outings. The room rental fee will be added to the total bill at the end of the event. Hours of Operation: Glen Erin Golf Club requires all events to be finished by 12am. Food Service: Glen Erin Golf Club and The Cursing Stone Pub are the only food providers of food and beverage. No outside caterer is allowed and no carry in food or beverage is allowed. Per State Law, no residual food may be taken home by customers. Rentals: Rental additional equipment and decorations are available upon request. Capacity: The Cursing Stone Pub can seat up to 55 people. The tent located in the rear of the building can seat up to 144 people.
