We are creative, innovative and responsive to each and every catering client and guest we serve. We understand that every event we serve is a VIP event. We offer a broad spectrum of menu ideas or will custom design any event from scratch. Our goal is to create a pleasurable dining experience with clear communication before, during and after each event. Menu selection may be simple to extravagant, depending on your needs. Our experience and ability to create special events make any type of function out of the ordinary. 3 Whether planning a simple breakfast or an upscale executive luncheon, you will find all of our most popular menu selections on line. We can also custom design a menu for any special occasion. We pride ourselves on our ability to meet any need with style and creativity, assuring the success of your event. This system has been created to make ordering your food and beverage requirements as easy as possible. We want to ensure that we are providing you with the very best options for you to select from, so please let us know if there is something you do not see in our order guide. We will be happy to assist you at any time with placing your food and beverage orders. Simply call the catering sales office and an event planner will walk you through the on-line process. We want to make every event, a special event! Food and Beverage Policies and Procedures Each major or special event sponsor should work closely with their Catering Manager to develop a menu that is appropriate for your event. If you are ordering food and beverage for a meeting or small event, you should work directly with the Catering Manager to finalize your order. Menu Catering has a full menu available upon request. However, if you work with your event planner, there are an endless amount of options available to you for your event. Event Timing In order to ensure that your event is set up and cleared in a timely manner, please supply both the start time AND the end time when you book your event. Lead Time In order to provide the best service to your event, a minimum lead-time of three (3) business days (M-F) is required when ordering food and beverage. We will strive to accommodate any last minute requests that arise. Any orders after 3:00pm may be subject to a $10.00 late fee. Guarantees Final guarantees for ALL catering orders MUST be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the start of your event. Linen Standard white linen can be supplied from the caterer for the food/buffet tables and for the sit-down tables. Linen for the buffet tables is included in the price of your order. Linen for events will be charged at a rate of $3.75 per linen. If you require specialty linen, please contact your event planner to discuss options available within your budget. Skirting will be a charge of $10.00 Leftovers For food-illness safety reasons, we do not allow customers to remove ANY food from an event at the conclusion of the event. Billing We gladly accept VISA, Master Card, American Express, Cash or Check. After Hour Events All after hour events will be charged $20.00 per hour, per catering attendant. Service Charge Any orders over $25.00 are subject to a 19% service charge. All orders under $25.00 are subject to a $5.00 service charge.
