8 Anduzzi's Event Policies Payment and Deposit A valid credit card is required (on file date of booking) to insure final payment of your account. A minimum non-refundable deposit of $100 is due at completion of booking your event, along with a signed contract. Payment is due at the conclusion of your event and can be made by cash, valid check, or credit card. Groups requesting tax exemptions must submit documentation of exempt status at time of event booking. Room Rental and Bartender fees There will be a $100 room rental fee for all events that do not meet food and beverage minimums. Food and beverage minimums are $350 Monday through Thursday and $500 Friday through Sunday. There will be a $100 bartender fee for all cash and hosted bars. This bartender fee will be waived if beverage minimum of $150 is met. Food and Beverage In accordance with State law, all food and beverage must be purchased and supplied by Anduzzi's Sports Club with the exception of cakes. Buffet meals will be maintained for no longer than an hour and a half unless alternate arrangements have been made in advance. An 18% service charge will be added to all food and beverage, with the exception of cash bars. Guarantee and Cancellation Anduzzi's requires a final guarantee seven days prior to event. This number will be the guaranteed minimum for final billing and is not subject to reduction. Anduzzi's will prepare for 5% over guaranteed amount and will bill accordingly. Security Anduzzi's assumes no responsibility for damage or loss of equipment or articles left unattended. The client assumes all responsibility for any damages caused by event guests.
