This area is extremely versatile and is perfect for any type of event. The room includes a projector and screen for your use. Events can start at any time requested. We also cater to smaller groups wanting semi-private events with no minimum spend or room hire required. The Social Club will open its doors to the public at 10pm every Saturday night. Pirie & Co. Functions (Street Level) $350 Room hire - Caters for up to 130 people Cocktail Style. This area is perfect for any function or celebration. The room includes a 50inch plasma TV that may be used for photo presentations and videos. Function times are open to negotiation. Minimum spend is $2,500 plus room hire. *TV you must bring your own laptop/cords or USB drive for photo presentations. Saturday Functions - the venue will open at 4pm to allow for function room setup

Subsidised Drinks Your guests pay a subsidised price for each drink. A popular option to make your bar tab last longer. 7 Music Pirie & Co. can arrange the music for your function. We have a wide variety of play lists suitable for most occasions. Alternatively we have the facilities for you to bring your own mp3 device to play your own selection of music. We are also able to assist in organizing a DJ or band if that is your preference. Cake Cutting & Service We can happily cut & serve your cake during your function. We can cut the cake and serve on a platter with serviettes for a fee of $30. Alternatively, if you would like to have the cake individually served on a plate with cream and strawberries the charge of $1.50 per plate served will be incurred. Decorations You are more than welcome to organise your own decorations. The decorations can be delivered during the day of your function (from 9.30am) & we can store them for you until the function. Please note we do not allow the use of pins, tape, glitter or blu-tak. Confirmation Confirmation of your function is completed upon payment of a $500 deposit (Please note your deposit of $500 is refundable at the end of the function if there are no damages to the function room, hotel or hotel property). Pirie & Co. can hold a function date for up to 7 days for you without a payment. However, a function is not guaranteed until the $500 deposit has been paid. Payment We require full payment for your function at the conclusion of your function. Please note there is a 2.5% surcharge if paying with American Express. You may also pre-pay at anytime before your function date. Security If security is requested a charge of $50 per hour is required. Security is required for all 18 th birthday celebrations for the duration of the event.

8 Hotel Rules & Conditions Inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. If any of your guests are intoxicated, causing damage to the hotel or causing discomfort to other patrons or staff, management reserves the right to ask them to leave.dress conditions apply.any damages to the hotel or hotel property during or on exit of you function, will be the responsibility of the person organising the function. In accordance with Liquor Licensing Laws we are not able to serve intoxicated patrons or minors. It is the organisers duty to ensure Management of the hotel are aware of any minors in a function. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18. Minors are not permitted in the hotel after midnight. Deposit and room hire costs will not be reimbursed in the event of a function cancellation.
