2 THE MIILLER FAMILY HAS BEEN MAKING SAUSAGE IN TEXAS FOR GENERATIONS. Growing up on the family farm near Llano, Texas I used to plead with my dad to stay home from school so I could help make sausage. (And I did.) In 1985, after graduating from Texas A&M I bought a small meat company in Llano, Texas. In 2002, Miiller s Llano Smokehouse and Market moved into a new state-of-the-art facility processing beef, pork, and deer while also making sausage and other smoked meats using triedand-true recipes. Some of our recipes are still the original German versions while others have been modified to meet modern day demands. At present we produce over 30 different kinds of sausages for our customers. We also have a wonderful variety of other smoked meats that will tempt any appetite. We are committed to manufacturing only the finest quality sausages and smoked meats.
