This includes upscale disposable plates, cutlery, serving utensils and napkins. Food will be hot and ready to serve in disposable alu minim pans. Fuel charges may apply if the venue is outside of the immediate Roanoke Area. Basic + Warming Equipment... This includes everything in the Basic Delivery & Drop Off package plus Disposable Wire Chafers and Sterno Fuel to keep food warm for up to 2 hours. Cost is $10 per chafer needed. Turnkey Full Service... We will delivery your food and use professional upscale catering equipment and serving utensils to keep food warm for up to 2 hours. Martin's staff will stay for the duration of the event, clean up all waste and dispose of any left overs as well as pack up and remove all equipment. Upscale disposable plates, cutlery and napkins are included. Labor charges will be incurred at $20/hour per staff member (3 hour minimum plus travel time to and from the event venue) 3rd Party Rental Assistance... We are happy to coordinate rental of china, tables, chairs and linens with a 3rd party rental company. Administrative fees and fuel charges may apply, depending on the size and scale of the rental requirements. Bartending Service... Martin's has great bartenders and they are for hire for your event! We do not have an ABC off premise license, but we can supply mixers, cups, garnishes, etc. and the right personnel to serve libations at your event! $25/hour per bartender needed, minimum of 4 hours plus travel time.
