Cut the bread open and add meats, mustard, cheese, and pickles. Throw the sandwich in a panini press and enjoy! Wash this bad boy back with a nice cold glass of chocolate milk! bulker s tuna sandwiches bulker s basic lunch Put the tuna on a place, add mayo and mix. Place the cheese slices over the tuna. Microwave the tuna just long enough for the cheese to melt. Toast the bread and make two tuna melt sandwiches. Serve those up with a side of homemade trail mix and wash it all back with an ice-cold glass of O.J. Serve yourself a turkey and cheese sandwich in a bagel (add lettuce, tomatoes, and condiments to your liking). No sandwich is complete without some chips on the side. Wash your lunch back with a glass of chocolate milk!

11 lunch avocado chicken sandwich dinner Grill the chicken breasts. Put avocado into a bowl and mash it up. Place your chicken breasts onto whole wheat buns, add cheese avocado, and honey mustard (feel free to add lettuce, tomatoes, onions, etc.). Enjoy your avocado chicken sandwiches with a side of grapes!

Slap a turkey burger on each bun and top it off with a slice of lowfat Swiss cheese (or pepper-jack for more calories). Add toppings of your choice (lettuce, mustard, pickles, ketchup, tomatoes, etc.).
