5 Frequently Asked Questions Are spoons included with each package? Absolutely. We ship one heavy duty, silver plastic spoon for each jar in the package. We want people to be able to dig right in! How early should I place my order? The earlier the better. As you can imagine, during certain times of the year such as holiday season, availability on a particular day can run out. In order to get the shipping day you want, it s best to order early. What is the shelf life of the cupcake jars? Our cupcake, cake and brownie jars last from 7-10 days. Refrigeration does not extend the shelf life. Our pie jars last up to 10 days without refrigeration, or 2 weeks refrigerated. All jars can be frozen for up to 6 months. If you do freeze them, please allow them to thaw before serving. What is the shelf life of Samantha s Cookies? Samantha s Sugar Cookies have a 3 week shelf life. They can be frozen for up to 6 months. If you do freeze them, please allow them to fully thaw before handling as the ink can smudge during the thawing process. Why aren t packages sent to the West Coast eligible for free Ground shipping? Because our products are perishable, we won t allow them to be on the road longer than 3 calendar days. Since we ship from the East Coast, we cannot get them to certain locations within 3 days using Ground shipping. Our expedited rates are extremely low however due to our volume (as much as 70% off normal published rates). Are Samantha s Sugar Cookies printed on rice paper? No. Our technology allows us to print directly on the cookies. This revolutionary technology makes the branding of your cookies seamless. Are Samantha s Sugar Cookies individually wrapped? Yes. Each cookie is individually wrapped. I m having a large event and would like a large amount of Samantha s Sugar Cookies. Can I get them in larger quantities than 24? Yes.
