9 Equipment and Services Minimum Order Fee: $175 minimum food order per delivery (including delivery and tax Mon-Fri 6:00 am to 4:00pm) $350 minimum food order per delivery (including delivery and tax Mon-Fri after hours) Weekend minimums - please call for details Equipment Fee: A 9.00 fee is charged per chaffing dish or silver trays Equipment will be picked up the next working day unless other arrangements are made in advance. Please note: $ per item replacement fee if equipment is not returned. Service Staff Fee: We take great pride in our ability to service our customers and make their event as gracious and memorable as possible. Our serving staff are uniformed in white and black and are always willing to go the extra mile. Their time begins when they leave our facilities in Atwater and ends when they have completed clean up at the event venue. Our rates start at $30 per hour, plus 18% service charge and 8.75% sales tax. Delivery Fee: Delivery charges will be based on the size of the order and event venue. Second Entrée Fee: In order to accommodate requests for a second entrée, we require an additional $7.00 charge per person
