2 Beck-N-Call Ordering Guidlines To Place an Order Our food is prepared to order daily. A minimum notice of 24 hours enables us to ensure top quality food presentation and timely service. When hot foods are required it is best to provide additional notice. Delivery There is a $15.00 delivery charge up to 10 miles round trip. Orders that require delivery after 3:00 PM will incur a $25.00 delivery fee. Weekend delivery will be $35.00 fee Any additional mileage will be $.85 per mile. Beck-N-Call strives for on time delivery, however inclement weather, traffic, security processing and parking can sometimes cause delay. When placing orders please allow for a half hour range to when delivery can be accepted. Cancellation or Changes to Your Order Beck-N-Call requires a full 24 hours to cancel an order without charge. Should you wish to add to your order, we will always do our best to accomadate your request. If an order is cancelled with less than 24 hour notice you wil be charged 50% of the total. Serving Equipment All orders are served with diposable trays and utensils, unless otherwise requested. Whe pick-up for non disposable equipment, an additional fee may be charged to the order. Full Service Catering Beck-N-Call is a full service caterer. We can help advise and arrange for rentals, linens, wait staff and bartenders. Payment Payment can be be made by cash, check or credit card. A 30% down payment is required when order is placed and the balance on delivery unless prior arrangement has been made.
