We re famous for our hickory-smoked pit bar-b-q and all the fixin s. And we re also famous for a wide selection of other delicious catered options: brought to you with complete and courteous service. 2 Buddy s offers portable bar-b-q pits and refrigerated trucks to insure that your food is served fresh and hot. The pits also bring the irresistible aroma of hickory-smoked bar-b-q for your guests to enjoy! All of our menus are served buffet style. Your caterer will provide tables, table coverings, serving equipment and utensils for the buffet line. Attached you ll find our most popular menus and pricing information. Prices are based on jobs that guarantee between people and are catered in the Knoxville area. For jobs over 200, please call for special pricing. Jobs outside the Knoxville area will include a mileage fee that will be quoted with your price. A $100 deposit is required to confirm your catering event. The deposit is refundable with a 48-hour cancellation notice. A serving time of one hour is scheduled for most jobs. If more time is required, there will be an additional charge of $25 per hour. The number of guests must be guaranteed 48 hours prior to your event. You will be charged per person if you should exceed that number. The Greater Caterer Since 1972

3 Weddings & Special Events Buddy s Custom Catering specializes in special occasions. For over 40 years, brides and planners have looked to us for delicious food, served with professional style and at a great value to fit their varied tastes and budget. From a fun and simple casual buffet, to an elegant, plated, sit-down affair, Buddy s can do it all with no worries. You can select our standard Buddy s Buffet service or choose Buddy s Style to upgrade and customize as you wish. Buddy s Buffet includes: Buffet Tables with Black, Ivory or White Linen Table Covers Black, Ivory or White Napkins & Clear Plastic Cups Catering Chafers Catering Serve Time of 1 2 hrs. (depending on guest number) Catering Staff Attire: khaki slacks and collared polo shirt (black & white also available upon request) Buddy s Style add the following to enhance the catered experience: Clear Acryllic Plates, Forks, and Knives Linen-Wrapped Silverware China Plates & Linen-Wrapped Silverware (with China, a 20% fee will be added instead of 15%) Cake Cutting Service Clear Acryllic Cake Plates, Forks, & Cocktail Napkins Bartender Service (ABC Certified) Additional Servers on site Ice, Clear Cups & Cocktail Napkins for Bar Service 1.00 per person 1.00 per person 3.00 per person fee.50 per person per hour per hr. per server per 100 guests A 15% Wedding Fee will be added to cover additional time, equipment, and services we provide to make your day special.
