1 Food & Beverage All Food and Beverage will be Supplied by Shaker Run, unless prior approval from the Director of Banquets & Catering is Obtained. The following Menu pricing is only guaranteed for 30 days. Guarantees It is required that Shaker Run is notified of the exact number of guests 2 Weeks or 14 days before the scheduled event. If the guests count is less than the final guarantee, the event will be charged for the guaranteed number. If the guest count is higher, the event will be charged for the actual number of guests. Liability Shaker Run reserves the right to inspect and control all private events. Liability for damage to the premises will be charged accordingly to the host. Shaker Run will not assume any responsibility for personal property and or equipment brought into the club. Any Shaker Run Staff has the right to refuse service to any patrons during and event who is or appears to be, intoxicated and or under the legal drinking age. NO outside food or drink may be brought onto the property. Shaker Run reserves the right to confiscate any beverage not sold by Shaker Run. Service Charge A 20% Service Charge and 7% Ohio Sales Tax will be applied to all food and beverage events and is not included in the banquet menu pricing. Service Charge is subject to Sales Tax in the State of Ohio. Decorations Where allowed, Candles, Tabletop Centerpieces or any other Personal Decorations Must Meet all Local Fire Regulations, Health Department Regulations and any other Governmental Regulations. When required, permits must be on file 7 days prior to event unless specific arrangements have been made prior to the event with the Director of Banquets & Catering
