2 A la carte Function Menu This menu is designed so each guest can choose their own dishes from the following a la carte menu on the day of the function. The menu will be a chef s selection of four seasonal and regional dishes in each course from our current a la carte menu at the time. POA Package conditions; Function bookings no less than 7 days in advance Minimum of 15 people required for a function menu package (40 people minimum for cocktail menu) Groups of 14 or less can book in the restaurant on our full a la carte menu Dietary requirements can be accommodated by prior notice 20 people minimum for Private Dining Room (maximum 40) 41 people minimum for upstairs restaurant (maximum 60) 61 people minimum for whole venue (maximum 85) Cocktail functions 40 people minimum (maximum 150) Minimum spend applies of $2500 on a Saturday night for the use of the Private Dining Room or $5000 for entire venue. Public Holidays incur a 10% surcharge on the final account. One account is provided for all food, beverage and extras (no split bills). Payment must be made in full on the day of the event (No cheques) Credit Card details must be provided to secure a function booking. No deposit is required for group bookings and cancellation can be made up until 7 days prior to the event with no penalties. Confirmed numbers must be provided 48 hours before and the account will be billed on confirmed numbers or attendees (whichever is greater) The Long Table is happy to be flexible by 2 people on the day but any less than 2 people not attending will be billed in full to the account.
