MANUFACTURING FACILITY SANDWICH ASSEMBLY CAPABILITIES Opened in January of 20, our manufacturing facility includes 8 flexible sandwich assembly lines as well as a bakery. We produce approximately million sandwiches per week and distribute our products nationwide. Our entire facility is SQF Level 3 Certified. Our 8 flexible sandwich assembly lines are capable of producing a variety of sandwiches including customized hand-wrapped premium sandwiches, Modified Air aged (MAP) wedges, subs, and patties, automated butcher wrapped hot foods, and multi-unit cartons. 2 3
