2 Heating DIRECTIONS Follow these simple tips to prepare your Easter feast with ease timing tips (Be sure to refrigerate food until ready to prepare.). Preheat your oven to 275 F. Place the unwrapped ham in a shallow roasting pan FLAT/FACE DOWN and add a little water to the bottom of the pan. Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil. 2. Set your Sweet Yeast Rolls out at room temperature to thaw. 3. While your Spiral Sliced Sugar Cured Ham and Oven Sides are baking, cook your Stovetop Sides and begin heating the Roasted Gravy. 4. As your items finish cooking, cover each dish tightly with aluminum foil to retain heat. 5. Warm your Sweet Yeast Rolls last. Oven Sides The pans provided with your meal are safe to use in the oven Cornbread Dressing Preheat your oven to 400 F. In a separate bowl, gently mix the dry Cornbread Dressing with one quart of chicken broth. Add the moistened Cornbread Dressing back into the tray and place into the oven. Bake at 400 F for 50 minutes. * Hashbrown Casserole Preheat your oven to 400 F. Remove the lid and place the Hashbrown Casserole tray into the oven. Bake at 400 F for minutes. * Sweet Potato Casserole Preheat your oven to 400 F. Remove the lid and place the Sweet Potato Casserole tray into the oven. Bake at 400 F for 45 minutes. * Please note: Sweet Potato Casserole contains pecans. Ham Size Weight Cooking Time per Pound Spiral sliced Sugar Cured ham Approx. Bake Time Cooking Time for Glaze Standing Time Before Serving Half 7 lbs. 5 mins. 2 hrs. 30 mins sec mins.. Preheat your oven to 275 F. Remove all packaging, including the clear button on bone of ham. 2. Place the unwrapped ham in a shallow roasting pan FLAT/FACE DOWN and add a little water to the bottom of the pan. Cover the ham tightly with aluminum foil. 3. Cook for approximately 5 minutes per pound until heated through. 4. Remove the ham from the oven and increase the temperature to 425 F. Transfer the glaze to a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 30 to 40 seconds. Brush or spoon the prepared glaze over the ham and between the slices. 5. Bake uncovered at 425 F for 8 to 0 minutes. Remove your ham from the oven and let stand 5 to 20 minutes before serving. Macaroni n Cheese Preheat your oven to 400 F. Remove the lid and place the Macaroni n Cheese tray into the oven. Bake at 400 F for 45 minutes. * *Please ensure food is cooked to 65 F. Fried Apples Preheat your oven to 400 F. Remove the lid and place the tray of Fried Apples into the oven. Bake at 400 F for 40 minutes. * Gently stir the Fried Apples before serving.
3 Stovetop Sides Finishing Touches Country Green Beans Pour the Country Green Beans and all the seasoning into a medium saucepot and turn the heat to mediumhigh. When the beans begin to simmer, cover with a lid and turn the heat down to medium. Cook for 25 minutes, * stirring occasionally. Sweet Yeast Rolls Preheat your oven to 400 F. When your Sweet Yeast Rolls have thawed, remove the plastic overwrap from tray, cover loosely with aluminum foil, and place into the oven in the provided oven-safe pan. Bake at 400 F for 5 minutes. Sweet Whole Baby Carrots Pour the Sweet Whole Baby Carrots, seasoning cup, and 2 2 cups of water into a medium saucepot. Turn heat on high and bring to a boil. Cover the saucepot and reduce the heat to medium. Cook for 20 minutes. * Mashed Potatoes Place the Mashed Potatoes into a large microwave-safe dish. Heat for 5 minutes. Carefully remove the dish from the microwave and stir. Return to the microwave and heat for 5 additional minutes. Carefully remove the dish from the microwave and stir. Place the uncovered cobbler in your oven for 0 5 minutes. * We recommend serving our cobbler fresh from the oven so it s still warm. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, half & half, garlic powder, dry mustard, salt, and pepper until evenly combined. 5. Gently pour the egg mixture evenly over the bread and toppings. 6. Cover tightly with foil and refrigerate overnight. 7. When you re ready to eat, preheat your oven to 350 F and then bake the casserole covered with foil for 45 minutes. 8. Remove the foil and continue baking for 5 more minutes, or until cheese is golden brown and the center is set (when a knife inserted in the center comes out clean and you ve reached a minimum temperature of 65 F). NOTE: White bread can be substituted for Cracker Barrel Sourdough Bread.
5 Frittata Ham n Blackberry grilled cheese Makes 2" Frittata; Serves 6 8 People Nothing brings folks together like ham. Here our CB Old Country Store Spiral Sliced Sugar Cured Ham makes this breakfast favorite a crowd-pleaser even after Easter s over. Tbsp. olive oil 4 red potatoes, washed and sliced 4" thick bunch asparagus (cut off and discard bottom 2"; blanch remaining spears) 2 cup roasted red pepper strips bunch scallions, washed and diced 8 oz. CB Old Country Store Spiral Sliced Sugar Cured Ham, cut into strips 6 large dollops of pimento cheese dozen eggs tsp. fresh rosemary, finely chopped tsp. fresh oregano, finely chopped Salt and pepper (to taste) 4 cup Parmesan cheese, shaved. Preheat your oven to 400 F. 2. Heat olive oil in a large, oven-safe skillet (we recommend using a cast-iron skillet) over medium heat. Add sliced potatoes when hot and cook for 0 minutes, stirring occasionally so that the bottom layer has a chance to brown. 3. Cut 2" spears from the top of your blanched asparagus and set aside. Dice your remaining blanched asparagus and add to the skillet along with roasted red pepper strips and scallions. Cook for about 3 minutes. 4. Evenly place 6 large dollops of pimento cheese into skillet. 6. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, rosemary, oregano, salt, and pepper until evenly combined. 7. Gently pour the egg mixture into the skillet, making sure to cover all areas. Top with shaved Parmesan cheese. 8. Continue to cook the mixture in the skillet for 2 minutes, or until the edges are set. 9. Transfer the skillet to the oven and cook for minutes, or until the eggs have puffed up and the center is set (when a knife inserted in the center comes out clean and you ve reached a minimum temperature of 65 F). 0. Melt the butter in a large skillet. 2. Add your vegetables and ham and cook for 0 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Sprinkle the flour over the ham and vegetables and cook, stirring constantly for 5 minutes. 4. Slowly add in the chicken broth while stirring constantly to make sure it doesn t clump up. 5. Bring the mixture to a boil, then turn down the heat and simmer. 6. Add the beans and cream and continue to simmer for another 5 20 minutes. 7. Season with salt and pepper and then divide into 4 6" skillets evenly. 8. Set to the side and continue on to cornbread crust. Cornbread Crust. Preheat your oven to 425 F. 2. Mix the eggs and buttermilk together in a bowl with a wire whisk until blended. 3. Add the Cracker Barrel Corn Muffin Mix to your eggs and buttermilk and mix until blended. 4. Add the melted butter and bacon fat to your corn muffin mixture and mix until just blended. Let stand for 5 minutes at room temperature. 5. Pour 2 cup of the corn muffin mixture evenly over each filled skillet. 6. Place filled cast-iron skillets in your preheated oven and bake for 2 5 minutes. 7. Garnish with parsley.
