1 OUR PROMISE TO YOU Woodenbridge Hotel & Lodge is a family owned and run traditional hotel, and as such we prepare our food in the most traditional way possible. We aim to avoid processed ingredients and use all Irish products in the preparation of our dishes. Our commitment to you: All our Meat is 100% Irish and fully traceable from farm to fork. All beef burgers, chicken burgers, chicken goujons, lasagne s etc are all made on the premises with no added preservatives or flavours. The same care and attention goes into preparing our kids meals as our adult meals. All seafood and vegetables are sourced within Ireland. We use only the best quality pieces of meat in our Bar specials, such as Beef Striploin, Lamb Leg and Pork Loin. As all our dishes are prepared on site, therefore where it is reasonably possible we are able to adapt to suit individual tastes and dietary requirements. Any questions or worries please ask your server for advice.

Breaded Mushrooms, Deep Fried, Garlic Mayonnaise Confit of Duck Leg, braised red cabbage, poached 8.45 White wine pear. Wild Irish venison sausage, celeriac puree, Kale Chips, 8.45 Lingon Berries. Crab meat, Pearl barley, coconut crust, hollandaise 8.45 Sauce, pomegranate. Half Dozen Atlantic Oysters, wedge lemon, tabasco to taste.

3 Main Courses Our Woodenbridge Winter House salad: Warm Winter Root Vegetables, parmesan shavings, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, ciabatta chunks and lemon. Add Smoked Salmon, Chicken or Falafel 2 extra. Traditional Oven-baked Stuffed Turkey & Honey Glazed Ham Mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables & red wine jus. Homemade Beef Lasagne: A real favourite with garlic bread, salad or fries. Homemade Falafel, Hummus, root vegetables Wholemeal Wraps & Sweet potato fries. Traditional Supreme of Wexford Salmon Lightly seasoned, simply grilled or poached, wedge of lemon and light hollandaise Sauce served on the side. Fresh Fish and Chips: Fresh Fish delivered daily from Kilmore Quay and cooked how you like, so you know it s fresh with, homemade tartar Sauce, Homemade Fries or a Salad. The Fish can be grilled, fried, poached or with Breadcrumbs. Chefs Chicken Curry of the Day, steamed rice, Naan Bread Beef Chilli, taco shells, cheddar cheese & skinny chips Chicken and Vegetable Stir-fry with Soya, Sweet Chilli, Chinese Noodles (C: Can be prepared for a coeliac if requested) Homemade Irish Chicken Breast Goujons: Breast of chicken Goujons, made from scratch in-house and using 100% chicken breast, nothing added but breadcrumbs. Side of Garlic Mayo & BBQ sauce.

4 Irish Beef 8oz Sirloin Steak oz Rib eye All steaks are tender cuts of farm-reared Irish Beef pan fried to your liking over a hot flame, served with mushrooms, onions and a choice of pepper sauce or garlic butter. Tomahawk Steak for two A real meat lovers treat, 0ur House Specialty Tomahawk steak with crispy onions and all the trimmings Beef Brisket, sweet potato fries, steam bun, beef broth & coleslaw Homemade Sirloin of Beef Burger: We think we re the only place around that uses Sirloin of Beef in their Burgers and all our burgers are Ground and made on site. As a result, we think our burgers are better than all the rest. Brioche Bun, Gherkin, Caramelised Red Onion. Same as above but with cheese Burger on a potato cake with an onion gravy Wild Irish Venison Bangers & mash, Crispy onions, red wine jus Slow Roasted Shank of Wicklow Lamb. A real Wicklow delicacy, delicious tender Shank of Lamb, slow roasted, mint pan jus.
