1 CATERING MENUS Thank you for choosing The Show Place Arena for your event! The following menus serve as a guideline for selecting the food and beverage that best suit your banquet requirements. Pricing is based on a minimum of 25 guests unless noted. This does not include 6% sales tax nor 15% service fee. Pricing is based upon the use of high quality disposable cutlery, napkins and tablecloths. China, silverware and linens can be provided at an additional cost. Pricing is based upon a service period of two (2) hours Our Catering personnel are available to assist you with Custom Menu Planning. Arrangements are considered tentative until a signed Facility Rental Agreement is received. Final guarantee of Guest Attendance must be provided seven (7) days in advance of the event. The removal of Food and Beverage from the Facility Premises is prohibited.
