Final menu and guest count must be definite 14 days prior to your event. Pricing does not include tax or service fees. MN sales tax is 6.875%, MN State liquor tax is 9.375%, Service fee is 18%. All deposits are non-refundable. All payments must be made in cash or credit card. A major credit card is required to be on file for payment. A deposit equal to your event room fee is due at the time of booking.

4 You Have Plenty Of Space THE PINES ROOM Located on the main level of Big Sandy Lodge & Resort, this 1,650 sq. ft. room comfortably seats 100 guests and includes a fireplace, picturesque windows and patio access overlooking Big Sandy Lake. This room can easily be sectioned in half. This room is perfect for group dinners, rehearsal dinners, weddings and meetings. THE TIMBERS BOARD ROOM Located on the ground level of Big Sandy Lodge & Resort, this room is perfect for smaller, private groups and meetings. This room is accessible by stairs and elevator. It is adjacent to the Northwoods Room and can be added for additional space or seating for larger events. THE NORTHWOODS ROOM Located on the ground level of Big Sandy Lodge & Resort, this 1,500 sq. ft. room comfortably seats 100 guests and includes a fireplace, corner windows, private bar and patio access overlooking Big Sandy Lake. This room is perfect for groups and meetings. This room is accessible by stairs and elevator. This room is perfect for group events such as anniversary and birthday parties, rehearsal dinners, weddings and meetings.
