FINAL GUEST COUNT In order to serve you better, a final count of guests and a firm serving time must be established 10 days before the event. There will be an additional charge for any changes made between the 7th and 4th day before the event. We regret that changes cannot be made 3 days prior to the event. ALL MENUS INCLUDE Deluxe plastic disposable dinnerware and napkins. FULL SERVICE MENUS INCLUDE DRINKS: Iced Tea, Sweet Tea, Lemonade or Fruit Punch. Cups and Condiments as needed. PAYMENT Your event must be paid in full 3 days prior to event date. FEES If applicable, on site BBQ, park charges and permit costs or any fees for picnic site must be paid by client. *Additional $ charge for On-Site BBQs below 150 people.
