Please contact the booking office to discuss your requirements or provide details on your booking refreshments form. Cancellation Policy We understand that there may be occasions that meetings get cancelled. We ask that you give us at least 2 working days notice of any cancellations you wish to make. Any cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation charge. Any cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge. Recycling All buffet platters will be served on plastic platters, which can be recycled using the plastic recycling bin, where available. Hot drinks are provided in paper cups, which are biodegradable. Strathmore glass water bottles can be recycled, where glass recycling facilities exist.
