Christmas Breaks from 210 per person Christmas Eve Arrive after 3pm and settle into your room or enjoy the health club facilities. Alternatively, venture out and visit one of the many tourist attractions around the Nottingham and Derbyshire area. For Party Nights, Spa Packages and Visiting Friends & Family accommodation bookings, full non-refundable prepayment is required. For New Year and Christmas package bookings, 50 per person non-refundable and nontransferable deposit is required. The remaining payment is to be paid in full by 2nd November Your booking will not be confirmed until we receive all the deposits. If you are paying on behalf of a large group please send one cheque or arrange payment by one credit/debit card. The balance of payment for all meals and accommodation must be received by 2nd November Menu pre-orders must be received by the hotel 21 days prior to your arrival. Bookings that cancel prior to 2nd November 2018 will lose the deposits paid. Bookings that cancel after 2nd November 2018 will be charged the total value of all the facilities they have reserved i.e. accommodation, meals, beverages.
