All reservations will be treated as provisional and will be held for no more than 14 days pending the receipt of written confirmation and a non-refundable / non-transferable deposit of All alterations must be confirmed in writing. 3. Full payment is required 4 weeks prior to event date. 4. No deposit or full payment will be refundable, transferable or used for other products. Once payment is made no refunds will be given. 5. If in the event of any function having to be cancelled by the Hotel an alternative date will be offered or a full refund given. 6. The hotel reserves the right to amalgamate Christmas events to ensure appropriate numbers. 7. The cost of any additional service must be paid for at the end of the event. 8. All times shown are subject to change. 9. All details are correct at the time of going to press but may be subject to alteration without prior notice. All prices quoted include VAT. 10. Guests are not allowed to bring their own beverages into the hotel or grounds for consumption on the premises. 11. Organisers will be liable for any damage caused to any part of the hotel premises or equipment by any person invited by you or on your behalf. 12.
