It s time to pre-register your child for the Kindergarten class. Forms are available in the elementary office and one is attached to today s Parent Bulletin. To be eligible for enrollment, the child must be five (5) on or before August 1, Round-up will be held on Tuesday, March 27th. During roundup, the prospective students will be given a developmental inventory. Forms must be turned in before March 9th. Any questions concerning registration may be directed to Bremen Elementary-Middle School (574) TESTING DATES COMING ISTEP testing will take place during the window from Feb. 26th through March 9th. IREAD for 3rd grade will be from March 12-16th. Please try to avoid these dates when scheduling appointments. Thanks for your cooperation! THERE IS NO SCHOOL FOR STUDENTS ON MONDAY, FEBRUARY 19TH. THIS IS A STAFF DEVELOPMENT/ WORK DAY. PTO SPIRITWEAR Bremen PTO is selling Bremen Spiritwear. There are samples available in the elementary office. Please see the attachment for more information. SICK DAY GUIDELINES Parent should keep their child home from school if he/she has a fever of 100 degrees or higher or has been vomiting or had diarrhea in the last 24 hours. A child must remain home until the fever has been gone for 24 hours without medication. Parents should also consider keeping him/her home if there are symptoms that prevent participation in school, such as: excessive tiredness, productive coughing, sneezing, headache, body aches, earaches, sore throat. Thank you for helping to prevent spreading of illnesses among our students!

Pre - Registration Form This is a pre-registration form for all prospective school year kindergarten students. Kindergarten Round - Up will be held Tuesday, March 27th, It is very important that all incoming kindergarten students attend Round -Up. Screening is required before students are assigned to a kindergarten class. This form must be filled out and returned to the school by March 9, 2018, so that kindergarten screening times can be completed. Parents will need to bring their child's official birth certificate at the time of registration. A child cannot be entered on the record for attendance unless the official birth certificate has been presented for age verification. Prospective kindergarten students must be five (5) years old on or before August 1, Parents of pre-registered students will receive a mailing which will include detailed information regarding registration, with a specific time to bring their child in on March 27th. If you know someone who has a child that is eligible for kindergarten in the fall and did not receive this notice, please have them contact the elementary school office. 8 2018 Middle School Swim Information Any student interested in joining the middle school swim team should come to practice on Tuesday, February 27. All you need to participate is a swim suit (girls need a one-piece suit), a pair of goggles, and a swim cap (girls). Swim caps are on sale in the high school athletic office.
