6 GENERAL ORDERING INFORMATION 1. Medicine Hat College Catering, requires 72 hours notice and will do our best to accommodate your requests. For more information, please phone Food Services directly at Event numbers MUST be finalized no later than 72 hours prior to your event. 3. In the event of a cancellation, it is the requestors responsibility to either or phone no later than 48 hours prior to the start of your event, otherwise the total cost will be invoiced for the event. Medicine Hat College Catering is able to accommodate special requests including but not limited to linens, room decorations, formal dinnerware, customized cakes and desserts. Please discuss any specialize requests with our Events Coordinator for details and pricing. 5. All food is prepared in our commercial kitchen according to Alberta Food Safe Practices, and should be consumed or refrigerated within 2 hours of service. Medicine Hat College strongly discourages the practice of taking leftovers home for safety reasons, and Medicine Hat College, Food Services Department waives any liability for food taken offsite by you or your guests.
