Our professional staff are prepared to help with all aspects of your event preparation and our facility has amenities to meet your every need. The Timber Room offers a beautiful picturesque setting with magnificent views of the golf course. It can accommodate up to 120 people and has a private bar and entrance to the Terrace. For an outdoor celebration the Hilltop Event Area, complete with a white gazebo, is the perfect spot with a spectacular view of the golf course. - Our Wedding Package Includes: On site Event Planner to assist with - Use of projector screen the plans for your wedding day - Cutting and Plating of wedding Use of grounds, golf cart and gazebo cake for wedding photos - Coat check and ample parking Private Bar and Bartender - Standard flatware, dishware and glassware Skirted head, gift and buffet tables White linen tablecloths and overlays - Use of the Timber Room to decorate Dance floor Timber Ridge Wedding and Reception Event Fee $800.00

5 Terms and Conditions Event Fee An $ non refundable event fee is required to secure a date. This charge will apply to any event to be held at Timber Ridge Golf Course. For events using a Disc Jockey or Band there will be an additional charge of $35.00 for a License for the use of Recorded Music to accompany wedding, receptions, conventions, assemblies and fashion shows. Payment Thirty days prior to the event date 15% of the estimated cost is required with the remainder due three days prior to the event unless other arrangements have been approved by Timber Ridge Golf Course. A credit card number is required to cover any incidental charges incurred after the final payment has been made. All prices quoted do not include applicable taxes or gratuity. Price Increases Timber Ridge Golf Course reserves the right to charge a service fee for the rental or set-up of additional items. All prices are subject to change without notice. Additional charges may apply. Confirmation of Numbers The number of guests and event details must be confirmed ten days prior to the event date. Timber Room No items may be attached to the facility walls, floors, ceilings, furniture or fixtures without authorization. In the event of damage to the property of Timber Ridge Golf Course the cost of repair and/or replacement will be added to the final bill. Bar service will end at 1:00 am and the Timber Room must be vacated and available for cleaning by 1:30 a.m. Hilltop Event Area This area is not equipped with a tent or rain shelter; therefore there is no guarantee of a rain back up. However if you have booked our Timber Room for your reception on the same day, we will be happy to move the ceremony inside. Food and Beverage No outside food and/or beverages are to be brought onto the property without authorization of Timber Ridge Golf Course. All meals for groups less than 120 people are served buffet style; table service is available for an additional $3.00 per person. Buffet style is not available for groups greater than 120. A 15% gratuity will be added to the food and beverage portion of the final bill. Approved Waiver & Indemnity Agreement: The Sponsor accepts responsibility for all damages caused by the sponsor, its guests, event participants, agents, or employees to Timber Ridge Golf Course. The sponsor agrees to release Timber Ridge from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or any loss sustained by The Sponsor by reason of, or resulting from, in connection with, or arising in any way from The Sponsor s event. The Sponsor agrees that his waiver, release and indemnity agreement shall not be effected by any negligence, gross negligence, breach of contract or any other conduct on the part of Timber Ridge, its employees or agents. The Sponsor acknowledges that he or she has read this waiver, release and indemnity agreement and understands and accepts the contents therein. In the event that any provision herein contained is deemed to be unenforceable and/or invalid that provision shall be severable from the whole document and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the other provisions and the document as a whole.
